Job summary

Iyuno is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Bahasa Malaysia Subtitle Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee end-to-end of projects, liaising with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines while keeping timelines up-to-date and ensuring documentation is maintained.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and detail orientation. Fresh graduates or interns in project management are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field of study.
• At least one year of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates or internship experience are welcome.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Familiar with file management and administrative procedures; proficient with MS Office & Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring project orders, plans, schedules and work hours for each channel/client.
• Liaising with clients, in-house editors, freelancers and other units regarding project schedule and materials availability.
• Organize project deadlines and ensuring they are met.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained for each project.
• Developing project strategies and determining project changes.
• Assess project risks and provide solutions.
• Provide administrative support as needed and undertake project tasks as required.
• Maintain a dependable freelancer pool and monitor performance.
• Enhance department reputation by ownership and exploring value-added opportunities.
