Job summary

ECO IBLAST SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end project delivery from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The role focuses on monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality, mitigating risks, maintaining documentation, and delivering regular updates to management and clients, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience in project implementation, telecommunications, construction, or related industries.
• Strong project coordination and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Ensure all project activities are carried out according to approved scope, specifications, and timelines.
• Identify project issues, delays, and risks, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Review and ensure completion of required project documentation, reports, approvals, and handover documents.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure work is completed according to safety and quality requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project costs and ensure implementation remains within the approved budget.
• Follow up on outstanding approvals, POs, invoices, and other commercial or project-related matters.
• Ensure successful project completion, acceptance, and handover to the client.
