Pernod Ricard Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Executive to own end-to-end inbound supply and 3PL performance, ensuring accurate ERP integration and month-end reporting. You will coordinate customs, demurrage controls, and inventory reconciliations while driving continuous process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logistics/warehousing, strong JDE/ERP proficiency, and excellent communication with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing or import/export management.
• Proficiency with JD Edwards (JDE) or major ERP, strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Own inbound logistics and 3PL operations from PO to warehouse intake.
• Govern inbound shipment tracker and GRN accuracy as single source of truth.
• Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders and 3PLs on schedules and documentation.
• Lead monthly 3PL performance reviews and KPI tracking.
• Manage customs compliance, demurrage controls and stock variances.
• Coordinate with Finance for weekSales closings and month-end closing sequences.
• Maintain logistics master data and support continuous improvement.
