MSIG Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Claims Executive to join our Penang Branch. You will manage the end-to-end claims process, ensuring prompt and fair settlements while delivering excellent service to claimants and intermediaries.

Responsibilities include investigating and assessing claims, maintaining records, coordinating with underwriters and service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Studies, Law, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of insurance claims handling experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, assess, negotiate, and settle insurance claims within the approved authority limits.
• Provide prompt, professional, and efficient claims services to claimants and intermediaries.
• Monitor and review claims reserves to ensure adequate provisioning and protect the Company's interests.
• Maintain accurate claims records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Monitor and manage service providers to ensure effective and cost-efficient claims handling.
• Investigate suspicious or fraudulent claims and recommend appropriate actions.
• Pursue subrogation and recovery opportunities where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with BNM guidelines, company policies, quality objectives, and customer service standards.
• Conduct periodic claims reviews and identify adverse claims trends for reporting.
• Collaborate with underwriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims-related matters.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and perform other duties assigned by management.
