Job summary

Paystore, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an Account Executive to join our finance team. You will manage daily transactions and support month-end closing in a dynamic digital commerce environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate Diploma/Professional in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and will handle GST, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have Graduate Diploma/Professional in Accountancy or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle in all aspects of the Finance & Accounts function including daily transactions and month end closing for account.
• To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management.
• Responsible for GST preparation and submission.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, cheque issuance, payroll, commission, etc.
• To handle annual audit task.
• To handle & provide timely reporting of all financial & management reports.
• To also assist in administration task.
• Organize and maintain proper filling system.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
