PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Selangor invites an ALign FiCoPro Process Specialist to document end-to-end FiCoPro financial processes across APAC. You will work with Global BPO, GBS APAC and Capgemini to update core model workflows integrating G365, SAP and other satellite apps, and to draft level-4 SOPs and level-5 desktop manuals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–8+ years in ERP business process design, documentation or systems implementation in large regional transformations.
• Proven track record in end-to-end finance process engineering across shared services (GBS) and corporate finance.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Oracle EBS, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong documentation skills: translate complex tech/functional architecture into clear flowcharts.
• Expertise in process mapping methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI-assisted productivity tools (Gemini).
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and process rigor.
• Strong cross-cultural stakeholder management across multi-country teams.

Aufgaben

• Update the FiCoPro core model process workflow with the Global BPO following Align Program deployment.
• Update FiCoPro core model process integrating G365 and SAP with other satellite applications for end-to-end coverage.
• Develop the GBS standard operating processes (level 4) and working instructions (level 5) with IT data flows.
• Develop APAC working instructions covering exact system clicks, field entries and navigation.
• Establish a centralized, version-controlled repository of FiCoPro process documents for GBS APAC.
• Implement document governance to ensure traceability of creation, validation and release.
• Develop communication and training kits for FiCoPro core model processes.
• Support cluster BPO with gap analyses and change management.
• Establish continuous improvement via user feedback and change requests; leverage process mining and AI tools.
