Job summary

CMA CGM FICOM (Finance Corporate Office Malaysia) is looking for a Finance Process Documentation specialist in Subang Jaya. You will draft and harmonize group finance processes, build end-to-end baselines, and create flowcharts using SAP Signavio for governance across units.

The role requires 4+ years in finance process drafting or audit, with strong analytical skills and English communication. Multinational exposure is a plus; strong adaptability to a complex software landscape is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in internal/external audit/finance process drafting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Background from a multinational corporation is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding in finance terms and concepts.
• Adaptability to complex organization and software environment.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to summarise operational details.
• Added value driven - solution oriented and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Draft end-to-end group finance processes baselines for workshops with process owners and contributors.
• Create harmonized/standardized group finance processes across business units and tools.
• Develop flowcharts of finance activities using SAP Signavio and document governance.
• Communicate progress and challenges to managers and stakeholders; manage expectations.
• Iterate process documentation as information evolves; participate in process improvement projects.
