Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years+ of Software development / AI engineer experience.
• Rapid mastering of new frameworks while maintaining clean code and comprehensive documentation.
• End-to-end ownership from stakeholder consultation through deployment.
• Experience working with coding assistants as part of the development workflow.
• Active interest in emerging AI innovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a wide range of software initiatives end-to-end, from custom full-stack development to RPA, AI-driven systems, and agentic solutions.
• Own projects from problem definition and architecture through deployment and maintenance.
• Design and implement AI models, machine learning workflows, RPA solutions, and agentic architectures integrated into production environments.
• Manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines with governance to ensure scalability, performance, security, and high code quality.
