You will own the end-to-end design of robotic process automation and advanced ML pipelines, bridging physical processes and digital intelligence to drive efficiency.

You will lead enterprise automation, build scalable data infrastructures, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a highly quantitative field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• 5–8+ years of professional engineering experience deploying automation and AI solutions in production.
• Expert-level Python and C# for industrial automation, CV, and real-time data processing.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable automation solutions and enterprise-grade models across manufacturing tech stack.
• Own end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data curation to production deployment and monitoring.
• Design and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for classification, object detection, and segmentation.
• Develop and manage high-throughput image processing and IoT data pipelines.
• Lead data analysis and root-cause investigations to improve yield and reliability.
• Integrate systems via robust APIs and industrial protocols (SECS/GEM).
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
