Fairwork is seeking a Production Material Planning & Coordination professional in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves leading the Planning Team, ensuring timely material supplies, and monitoring production KPIs while collaborating with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in electronics or medical device manufacturing. Strong skills in ERP systems and planning are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in material planning, SMT material control, warehouse operations, or production support.
• Experience in electronics or medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Have experience with semiconductor, medical, industrial control PCBA manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Production Planners and Material Planners in preparing material plans.
• Ensure timely issuance and readiness of materials for all production lines.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and QA.
