• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in video production, preferably educational content.
• Strong understanding of the video production process from planning to delivery.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills for multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to lead diverse teams.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail for engaging educational content.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects at once.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Responsibilities

• Project Development and Planning: develop proposals and organise pre-production activities such as scheduling and logistics.
• Production Oversight: supervise filming, manage on-set issues, ensure safety, follow timeline and quality requirements.
• Post-production Management: coordinate editing, sound mixing, and post tasks to meet client expectations.
