Job summary

OpenAcademy is seeking a Junior Producer to manage end-to-end video productions, coordinating with the Video Production Manager, Graphic Designer, Content Strategist and Speakers to realise educational content.

You will handle pre-production planning, scheduling, scripting, filming, editing and delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output. The role emphasises collaboration, creativity and adherence to educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing educational video content.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end video production process.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-production planning, scheduling, scripting and logistics.
• Oversee filming, on-set coordination, and safety.
• Coordinate editing, sound mixing, and delivery to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with videographers, content strategists and speakers to realise the vision.
• Support content strategy and social media collateral as needed.
