Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an ELV Documentation & Quality Specialist to manage document control and QC for ELV/low voltage systems during MEP execution. You will review installation quality, coordinate interfaces with electrical, MEP, structural and architectural teams, and maintain as-built drawings and submission records.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ELV Engineering or related disciplines, 2–4 years of ELV experience, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ELV Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of ELV system construction, installation, commissioning or testing.
• Experience with ELV systems in data centers, cleanrooms or high-spec facilities is a plus.
• Familiar with documentation management, QA/QC audits, NCRs and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, RFI/VIR, and installation plans for ELV systems.
• Monitor ELV construction quality, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Develop QA/QC plans, ITT/ITP checklists and test records.
• Coordinate with MEP, electrical, structural, and architectural teams.
• Maintain documentation system, as-built drawings, test reports and archives.
• Support NCR closeouts, root cause analysis and CAPA tracking.
• Prepare quality and documentation reports for project leaders.
• Ensure ELV works comply with contract, design and local standards.
