Job summary

AG STAFFING seeks an Electrical Project Manager for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) in JB/Data Centre construction. You will lead mission-critical system delivery, from security and access control to CCTV networks and BMS/EPMS integration, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors and subcontractors.

This on-site role requires strong BIM capability, experience with structured cabling, and precise software calibration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mission-critical ELV projects in data centres.
• Knowledge of BIM, CCTV, access control, and fire life safety.
• Experience with vendor/subcontractor management and variation orders (VOs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver mission-critical ELV systems delivery and integration.
• Coordinate life safety and environmental protection installations.
• Oversee BIM mapping, software calibration, and subcontractor tracking.
