Job summary

Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and comfortable transport for the CEO, management team and VIPs. The ideal candidate is punctual, responsible and dedicated to high safety and confidentiality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of driver experience for executives, a valid driving licence, and familiarity with Klang Valley routes. Immediate start preferred in a professional working environment based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Driver for CEO, director or VIP.
• Possess a valid driving licence with a good driving record.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes and conditions.
• Punctual, trustworthy, disciplined and responsible.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
• Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable and professional transportation services for the CEO, management team or VIPs.
• Drive management personnel to offices, meetings, official events and other assigned destinations.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, presentable and in good working condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including fuel levels, tyres, lights, brakes and other essential components.
• Report any vehicle defects, maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Arrange and monitor regular vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
• Plan travel routes efficiently to ensure punctual arrivals at scheduled destinations.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and prioritise passenger safety at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company and management matters.
• Perform any other duties or tasks as requested or assigned by the supervisor.
