Job summary

Ideal Vision Integration Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated driver to safely transport the CEO and other senior stakeholders across Penang, Malaysia, and occasional outstation trips. You will plan routes, manage timely arrivals, handle documents, and perform routine vehicle checks while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Proactive, trustworthy, and able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, you will also assist with errands and supporting logistics as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driving licence with a good driving record.
• Preferably 2 years of experience as a company or personal driver.
• Familiar with Penang and interstate routes, and able to use navigation apps.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Willing to travel outstation, stay overnight, and work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Primarily serve as the designated driver for the CEO.
• Safely transport corporate clients, VIP guests, management, and other stakeholders to meetings and appointments, including hotel and airport transfers and outstation trips.
• Plan routes and ensure punctual arrival.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and company items when required.
• Regularly wash and clean company vehicles, including the interior and exterior.
• Check vehicle condition, fuel, and Touch ’n Go balance before trips.
• Maintain vehicle and expense records, and promptly report accidents or vehicle issues.
• Follow traffic rules and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with company errands and other assigned duties.
