BETWEEN is seeking an Electronics Validation Tester to join our team in the Johor Bahru area, Malaysia. You will support validation and verification of electronic components used in the development and manufacturing of printing systems, ensuring performance and reliability of boards, cables, interconnections, and new components through testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Validate electronic components and assemblies (PCA/PCBA) for printing products.
• Define, execute, and document validation and verification plans.
• Perform functional testing and analysis of electronic systems.
• Support component changes related to AoS and EOL initiatives.
• Identify risks with substitutions and product modifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Assist with issue investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate validation activities to meet deadlines.
• Communicate fluently in English with international teams.
