Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting PCBA and functional testers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Familiarity with CPK analysis and preventive maintenance practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and perform initial debugging for new testing equipment.
• Conduct CPK studies for tester consistency and reliability.
• Respond to and resolve tester malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on testers.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize testing processes.
• Manage Pass/Fail samples for validation.
• Ensure tracking of spare parts for testing equipment.
