Job summary

Prism+ is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to help shoppers select products that best fit their needs in a dynamic showroom. You will continually expand your product knowledge and present features effectively, ensuring a high standard of service.

You will also set up displays, demonstrate products, and engage with customers to build lasting relationships. The role requires at least 1 year in retail, a willingness to work six days, and a passion for delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Retail or relevant course is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Passionate about engaging customers and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and assist them in finding the best product for their requirements.
• Expand product knowledge and deliver it in engaging ways to customers.
• Follow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection.
• Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Engage in meaningful interactions and develop positive customer relationships.
• Provide feedback for improvement to retail and management teams.
• Meet daily targets and submit sales and end-of-day reports accurately.
