PRISM+ Malaysia seeks a passionate Part Time Retail Sales Associate to be the heart of our Putrajaya outlet at IOI City Mall. You will connect with retail customers, understand their needs and guide them to the best electronics choices, delivering a WOW experience.

This role focuses on weekend coverage and flexible scheduling. You will demonstrate products, follow up with customers, and contribute to sales reports while upholding PRISM+ standards of service.

Qualifications

• Part-time role, primarily covering weekends or when full-time staff are on leave.
• Flexible scheduling based on store needs.
• Willingness to learn and understand consumer electronics technical specifications.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Passionate about engaging customers and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Listen to what customers want and assist them in finding the best product for their requirements.
• Follow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers and other stakeholders.

• Meet daily targets and submit sales reports and EOD reports accurately.
