PRISM+ Malaysia seeks a passionate Retail Sales Associate to be the heart of the new division at IOI Mall Puchong. You will drive sales and customer satisfaction through the retail channel, reporting to the Retail Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Retail or any relevant course of studies.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
• 6 days per week work availability.
• Willingness to learn and understand consumer electronics technical specs.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Passionate about engaging customers and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and assist them in finding the best product for their needs.
• Expand product knowledge and present it engagingly to customers.
• Follow up with customers and guide product selection.
• Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop positive customer relationships and provide feedback for improvements.
• Meet daily targets and submit sales reports and EOD reports accurately.
• Manage inventories at the retail store.
