Job summary

Carsem (M) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a production operator to perform everyday manufacturing tasks ensuring output, quality and cycle times meet company targets. You will operate machines, document processes, inspect products, and address abnormalities to protect throughput.

The role requires basic computer skills, 1 year in electronics production, and strong teamwork. Training and SOP adherence are essential for safe, efficient operations at Ipoh plants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in electronic production.
• Qualification: SPM/STPM or SKM.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good problem solving and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Ability to respond quickly to problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines to run processes and report abnormalities.
• Record production documents to prevent issues and ensure machines are in good condition.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report abnormalities.
• Achieve cycle time and meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow SOP.
• Stop production if abnormalities are found.
• Guide and train new workers and be ready for training.
