Job summary

SINLEN INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS SDN. BHD in Penang is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source and manage electronic components globally. You will conduct RFQs, negotiate prices, and oversee end-to-end purchasing, including PO creation and delivery follow-up.

You will coordinate with logistics, monitor market trends, handle quality issues, and maintain procurement data in ERP system. Fluency in Chinese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years procurement/purchasing experience; electronics components industry preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; BM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new suppliers locally and globally.
• Conduct RFQ, price negotiation, and cost analysis for electronic components.
• Manage end-to-end purchasing process (PO creation, order tracking, delivery follow-up).
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock arrival.
• Handle quality issues, delivery delays, returns, and replacements.
• Monitor market trends, EOL notices, and lead time changes; provide proactive procurement strategies.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP system and prepare regular reports.
