Private Advertiser is seeking a responsible and proactive Procurement & Project Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing team. The role will coordinate with suppliers, handle purchasing activities, manage project budgets, and ensure timely delivery of materials and project requirements across production teams.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or project coordination.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in engineering, procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, project coordination, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze quotations, costs, and budgets.
• Good communication and coordination across departments; Mandarin and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers for materials and production needs.
• Maintain supplier information: quotations, pricing, lead times, MOQ, capacity, performance.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and perform cost analysis.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and purchasing costs.
• Issue purchase orders; track orders, delivery, and material availability.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other teams on requirements.
• Ensure materials and components meet project schedules and resolve issues.
• Support supplier development and qualification activities; identify cost-saving opportunities.
