Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive in Penang to drive pre-sales activities and promote company products to new and existing customers. You will coordinate with product engineers in Singapore and Japan, deliver technical presentations, and translate customer needs into compelling proposals.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and project management skills, with a willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore or Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holders; fresh graduates welcome.
• Candidate with related pre-sales experience in electronics is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management, time management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong drive for results; team player with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform business performance reviews including outlook, order, profit, and receivables.
• Understand product knowledge and policy to present to customers.
• Identify and engage new customers through product introductions.
• Capture customer pain points and project details for internal stakeholders.
• Lead pre-sales design-in activities with engineers in Singapore and Japan.
• Deliver technical presentations and tailor proposals to customer needs.
• Share product knowledge with Malaysia Sales staff as liaison to product engineering.
