Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, account management, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, data-sensitive, and equipped with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and or data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and incubate high-potential brands, principals, and key merchants that drive significant GMV contribution.
• Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships, and lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive deals aligned with campaigns, seasonal opportunities, and business priorities.
• Proactively identify new collaboration opportunities that support merchants’ short-term growth and long-term strategic development, and formulate Joint Business Plans (JBPs) accordingly.
• Monitor and improve merchants’ operational and service performance, including cancellation and return rates, shipping lead time, and other key indicators, to enhance conversion, customer experience, and overall satisfaction.
• Manage merchant growth at scale by leveraging standardized incubation frameworks, account management programs, and operational tools.
