Job summary

You will plan and publish content, monitor trends, engage followers, and support campaigns and promotions. You will recruit new TikTok Affiliate Creators and communicate with hosts.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Affiliate, Live Selling, or E-commerce is preferred.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with creators and live hosts.
• Proactive, responsible and self-motivated.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of sales data and performance analysis.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's TikTok account.
• Plan, schedule and publish TikTok content.
• Monitor TikTok trends, competitors and market activities.
• Improve account engagement, followers and traffic.
• Assist in planning TikTok campaigns and promotions.
• Recruit and source new TikTok Affiliate Creators.
• Approach and communicate with potential affiliates.
• Maintain good relationships with existing affiliates.
• Provide product information, selling points and campaign details.
• Follow up on affiliate performance and GMV.
