Job description

To develop Strategic Supplier’s capabilities to effectively support Keysight’s overall sourcing and technical requirements. Able to provide technical recommendations as per needed.

Actively explore and be able to source new technologies through market research to meet Keysight’s future requirements.

To lead on cost saving initiatives project withPLs onalternative material/part recommendation and qualification plan that meetKeysight products requirements.

Influencing the product design to ensure materials manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain.

Collaborating with procurement and internal product team to improve/ sustain products and processes through technical understanding about material technology obsolescence and future road map.

To lead and work with suppliers for technical specifications study and perform root cause analysis to meet Keysight quality expectation.

Lead and conduct supplier audits to drive supplier process standardization and continuous improvement effort.
