Search Music Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive technician to support electronics and AV equipment repairs in our Selangor service center. You will learn under senior technicians, keep detailed repair records, and assist with servicing tasks to ensure timely customer handovers.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electronics or AV equipment.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic troubleshooting, repair and servicing of equipment.
• Assist senior technicians with technical and repair work when required.
• Provide updates and reports on repair and service status.
• Record and monitor parts used and parts required for repairs.
• Handle warranty claim documentation and follow-up.
• Ensure all repair records are updated accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area.
• Perform testing and quality checks before equipment is returned to customers.
• Coordinate with the service team on repair timelines and pending jobs.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
