Job description

Design and develop electronic circuits, PCBs, and electronic systems.

Analyze circuit performance and troubleshoot hardware issues.

Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.

Select appropriate electronic components and evaluate component specifications.

Build prototypes and conduct testing, validation, and debugging.

Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and power supplies.

Work with microcontrollers, sensors, communication interfaces, and embedded systems where required.

Identify the root causes of product failures and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Support product improvement, manufacturing, and production troubleshooting.

Ensure designs meet relevant safety, quality, and industry standards.

Prepare engineering reports, test procedures, and other technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Electronic Engineering, or a closely related

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in electronic design and development.

Strong proficiency in electronic design software and tools such as SPICE simulation, CAD software, and PCB design packages

Solid understanding of circuit theory, component selection, and electronics principles

Experience with microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems

Knowledge of signal processing and digital electronics design

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to electronic design

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Good communication and technical documentation skills

Preferred experience in power electronics, embedded systems, or telecommunications would be advantageous
