Job summary

Lifework HR Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a CNC/Machining/Industrial technician in Penang. The role requires basic math, ability to read micrometers and calipers, and readiness to work night or morning shifts with overtime up to 50 hours per month.

Fresh Diploma holders in Machining/CNC/Welding/Industrial are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include operating machines, performing quality checks per customer specs, lifting and packing finished products, and preparing goods for shipping.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level SKM / SVM / Certificate
• Fresh Diploma holders in Machining / CNC / Welding / Industrial can apply
• Able to do basic mathematical calculations (test will be given)
• Able to read measurement tools (micrometer, vernier & digital calipers)
• Able to commit for overtime (up to 50hours per month)
• Able to run on shift (night and morning for 8hours with 3hours OT)
• Has experience in running above stated machines

Responsibilities

• Running machine
• Quality checking and inspection on measurements based on specifications from the customers (using Micrometers, Calipers etc).
• Lifting and packing of completed products (ribbon coils, nuggets etc).
• Preparation of products to shipping departments through thorough quality checking.
• Run Machines (Stamping with AOI capability, Rolling Mill, Casting, Tape & Reel, Pick & Place, Laser Cutting and Punch Press).
