Job summary

Dynac Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Electrical Technician to fabricate wiring for control panels, MCCs, PLCs, distribution and junction boards, and to perform insulation testing and functional motor testing. The role covers testing, commissioning, FAT coordination, and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS policies.

Candidates should hold a Certificate in Electrical studies and demonstrate PLC/DB/JB fabrication expertise, with readiness to travel and support safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Electrical study.
• Understanding of measurement, tolerances, basic geometry on product and part.
• Excellent in arrangement & installation of product major part.
• Excellent in fabricate Programmable logic control (PLC).
• Excellent in fabricate Distribution board (DB).
• Excellent in fabricate Junction board (JB).
• Excellent in electrical work-Insulation winding resistance test motor.
• Excellent in electrical work-Functional testing motor.
• Excellent in electrical work-Current Injection test (CIT).
• Excellent in electrical work- testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• To fabricate complete wiring for Control Panel, MCC, PLC, DB & JB and related.
• To perform electrical insulation winding resistance tests on motors.
• To conduct testing and commissioning activities.
• To ensure ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS compliance in section.
• To comply with HSE policies and procedures.
• Assist all emergency and difficult situations and investigate issues.
• Participate in daily morning briefings and share progress.
• Involve FAT activities and ensure setup location is prepared.
• Follow SOP in section and maintain housekeeping twice daily.
• Travel to sites as required and assist with material movement and labeling.
• Participate in committees as required by HOD and management.
• Monitor machineries and tools in section and support QA activities.
