Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia (Malacca City) invites an Electrical Technician to join our project teams at sites across the region. You will perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, read wiring diagrams, and assist engineers during testing and commissioning.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical fields and 1–2 years of related experience, with travel to project sites and a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works at project sites.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, distribution boards, lighting systems, control panels, and other electrical equipment.
• Assist engineers and supervisors in carrying out electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
