Job summary

LYCH SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily electrical and construction works at project sites in Sabah. You will monitor workers, contractors and suppliers, ensure compliance with drawings, specs and schedules, and coordinate with project stakeholders.

The role requires reading electrical drawings, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining records. Occasional site travel to project locations is expected, with office work at the Donggongon area as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• CIDB Green Card / Construction Personnel Registration required.
• Read electrical drawings, schematics and construction drawings.
• Experience coordinating electrical contractors and site workers.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Know-how on site safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and electrical works at the project site.
• Monitor workers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs, quality and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address defects or safety issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including consultants and suppliers.
• Assist planning manpower, schedules and site activities.
• Test, inspect and Commission electrical systems as required.
• Maintain site records and progress updates for Project Manager.
