Job summary

Ingenious Works International (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical) for an outstation project in Johor. You will support design review, installation, testing and handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with the ability to read drawings and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical engineering or project execution experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, specs and standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on an outstation project and be based at site.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of electrical engineering projects from design to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Review drawings, specs and project requirements for compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation, shop drawings and reports.
• Assist in resolving technical and site issues, managing risks and costs.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, commissioning and QA processes.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with HSE requirements.
