Job summary

GLOWTEC ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Electrical/ Electronics engineer to execute project plans, coordinate with clients and site teams, and handle documentation. The role requires strong electrical knowledge, drawing interpretation, and safety awareness, with OT allowances and bonus potential.

Fresh graduates are welcome for training; own transport is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is desirable, with English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems; reading drawings and safety procedures.
• Able to communicate clearly and explain complex issues.
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD.
• 1–4 years experience; fresh graduates welcome for training.
• Must have own transport.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute project planning, supervision and control of activities.
• Prepare project documentation (detailed engineering, drawings, reports, claims).
• Coordinate with client, site teams and subcontractors.
• Perform testing and commissioning and troubleshooting for electrical and control work.
• Ensure work complies with schedule and safety requirements.
