Job summary

MYS ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Engineer to own project execution from planning through completion. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate with designers, contractors, and subcontractors, and drive performance while managing budgets and schedules.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 1–3 years’ relevant experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project engineering, preferably in the electrical field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools (scheduling, budgeting, risk management).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance to project team throughout the lifecycle.
