Job summary

GRID VISION T&D SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform thorough inspections of electrical panels across incoming, in-process, and finished goods.

The role requires knowledge of electrical components, labeling accuracy, and adherence to approved drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Technical Certificate or higher, experience in QC within electrical panel manufacturing, and proficiency in Excel with traceability systems.

Qualifications

• SPM with Technical Certificate or higher is encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Quality Control, preferably in electrical panel manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of electrical components and wiring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with traceability systems.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% physical inspection for incoming, in-process, and outgoing panels.
• Inspect wiring, labelling, and tagging to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Handle defective items and assist in defect analysis.
• Monitor and manage inventory stock, including recording stock in/out using Microsoft Excel and traceability systems.
• Support overall Quality Control activities to ensure product compliance.
