Job summary

Array Metal (M) Sdn Berhad is seeking a Quality Control Executive to perform inspections on electrical and mechanical components, assemblies and finished systems in a manufacturing environment.

You will conduct functional and performance testing with instruments such as multimeter, megger, caliper, micrometer and torque wrench, verify conformance to ISO/IEC standards and customer requirements, and document results in QA reports. Experience in CAPA/NCR processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, welding, Mechatronics or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control or inspection in manufacturing, construction or engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards or ASTM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection on electrical, mechanical components, assemblies and finished systems.
• Conduct functional and performance testing using QA instruments.
• Verify conformance to specification, drawings, ISO/IEC standards and customer requirements.
• Record inspection and test results in quality reports or digital systems.
• Generate NCRs and assist in CAPA activities.
• Maintain calibration records of QA tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance to resolve quality issues.
• Provide feedback on recurring quality problems and improvement opportunities.
