Job summary

You will develop work scopes, prepare job plans, coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment, and ensure readiness for execution. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Materials, Procurement, and contractors to complete activities safely, efficiently, and per planned schedules, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in electrical maintenance planning or related roles.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and testing practices.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintenance planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate electrical maintenance activities including preventive and turnaround maintenance.
• Develop and review work scopes, job plans, and execution requirements.
• Identify and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and services.
• Review equipment history, drawings, specs, and manuals when preparing plans.
• Prepare job packages, method statements, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Materials/Procurement to ensure parts are available.
• Monitor work order status and ensure activities are ready for execution.
• Support planning for inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, QA/QC, and company procedures.
