Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive the reliability, safety, and performance of critical electrical systems at our Klang facility. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and apply advanced technologies to support operational excellence.

The role emphasizes design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of substations, switchgears, drives, and control systems, with a focus on high voltage environments and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years in electrical maintenance or design engineering in process plants.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and maintenance practices.
• Experience with CMMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of electrical systems.
• Support engineering, maintenance, and troubleshooting strategies to standardize systems.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability and asset performance.
• Lead installation, maintenance, and commissioning of critical electrical infrastructure.
• Leverage predictive maintenance technologies and train stakeholders.
