Job summary

SLB is seeking an Engineer to assist in developing innovative, cost-effective solutions and meeting project objectives on time. You will identify requirements, build prototypes, run lab simulations, conduct tests and document results for customer presentations.

The role involves technical reviews, creating product documentation, and providing user training. You will mentor junior engineers, evaluate approaches, and stay updated on new concepts and markets while complying with SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Identify and organize requirements using usability procedures.
• Analyze, design, develop, maintain products and assist in commercialization.
• Build prototypes, run lab simulations, design tests and document results.
• Produce analyses, mathematical models and draw design conclusions.
• Conduct technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, code and artifacts.
• Create and maintain product documentation; provide user training as required.
• Assign, direct and review work of technicians; mentor junior engineers with seniority.
• Evaluate engineering approaches and risks on an ongoing basis.
• Author technical reports, papers, patents and presentations; share expertise.
• Keep up with novel concepts and markets; adopt low-cost innovations.
• Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements as defined in the risk control matrix.
