Job summary

Greatians Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Malaysia to contribute to design and project execution for commercial, industrial, residential, and data centre projects.

The role involves designing electrical systems, developing layouts and reports, and coordinating with clients and authorities. Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–5 years’ experience is preferred, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office and knowledge of Revit as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; attitude matters; willingness to learn.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in engineering consultancy is preferred.
• Familiar with Malaysian Standards, UBBL, TNB and relevant authorities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while being a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Attend technical meetings, site inspections, and project discussions when required.
• Review contractors’ shop drawings, technical submissions, and material proposals.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Be part of the team from design stage to project delivery.
• Provide practical engineering solutions to meet project requirements, quality, and timelines.
