JTEKT Automotive (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking an Engineering Officer (Electrical & Electronic). You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, monitoring systems, and supporting machine repairs, with opportunities to collaborate on maintenance projects.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, wiring and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance: repair equipment tools as needed.
• Monitoring systems: report abnormal conditions to supervisor.
• Machine support: standby to assist machine repairs during breakdowns and POR activities.
• Project collaboration: assist on projects within the Maintenance Section’s scope.
• Ad-hoc tasks: perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

As an Engineering Officer (Electrical & Electronic), you will play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly. Your primary duties include:

Equipment Maintenance: Conduct repairs on equipment tools whenever necessary.

Monitoring Systems: Report any abnormal conditions promptly to your superior.

Machine Support: Be on standby to assist machine repairs, including during breakdowns and POR activities.

Project Collaboration: Provide assistance and cooperation on all projects within the Maintenance Section’s scope.

Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by your superior.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are motivated, resourceful, and ready to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will showcase:

Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent (Electronic, Electrical & Mechatronic Engineering preferred).

Experience: At least 1 year in a related field, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
