Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in component engineering, SiliconExpert, lifecycle management, BOM analysis and scrubbing, and alternate component validation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex systems quickly and work independently.
• Manage component lifecycle risks (EOL, PCN, LTB) and supply chain disruptions.
• Perform lifecycle risk assessments using SiliconExpert and supplier databases.
• Scrub BOMs to identify obsolete and NRND parts and single-source risks.
• Evaluate alternate components for form, fit and function and report technical comparisons.
• Collaborate across global teams and support ECOs/MCOs; ensure compliance (RoHS, REACH).
• Occasional travel <5% and readiness for early/late calls to support global projects.
