Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with exposure to electronics or mechanical components.
• Experience in component engineering or related environment is preferred.
• Must be able to read datasheets and technical drawings with ease.

Responsibilities

• Select, qualify, and manage electronic and mechanical components for designs.
• Ensure component quality, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness across programs.
• Support new product introduction and sustaining engineering efforts.
• Provide environmental guidance including RoHS/REACH compliance.
• Scrub BOMs against internal databases and coordinate with suppliers.
• Collect and report material composition data to meet customer needs.
• Maintain master data tables and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Follow security policies and perform additional duties as required.
