Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to support the upkeep of its office building and showroom in Malaysia. The role covers inspections, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates hold SKM or Diploma in Electrical & Mechatronics with PW4 Wireman certification and have 1–2 years of relevant experience. A valid driving license and own car are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate (SKM) or Diploma in Electrical & Mechatronics.
• PW4 Wireman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• 1–2 years of experience in office building or showroom maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and own transport (car).

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of office building and showroom.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Attend and resolve electrical, mechanical and technical issues in facilities.
• Respond to electrical emergencies promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts.
