Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Malaysia invites you to join as an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Intern on the Selangor site. You will gain hands-on experience driving a culture of safety, compliance, and well-being on our manufacturing floor through risk assessments, audits, and safety campaigns.

Qualifications

• Availability: full-time internship for 6 months (2 vacancies).
• Education: pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Bachelor’s in EHS, Engineering, Material Science, Science, or related field.
• Regulatory knowledge: basic understanding of EHS principles and local acts (DOSH/OSHA).
• Core skills: high attention to detail, adaptable, proactive team player.
• Communication: excellent interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and assist in safety documentation and SOP/JSA/JHA development.
• Support internal audits, asset verification, and routine EHS reporting.
• Assist safety workshops, campaigns, and cross-functional learning with engineering/operations teams.
