Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Intern to gain hands‑on experience on the manufacturing floor, driving safety, compliance, and wellbeing.

You will participate in risk assessments, assist with internal audits, safety campaigns, SOP/JSA/HIRARC development, and documentation, reporting to the EHS Manager/EOHS Leader with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and adaptability are required.
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication across all plant levels (English & Bahasa Malaysia).

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and support internal audits to drive a culture of safety and well-being on the manufacturing floor.
• Assist with safety campaigns, SOPs, JSA/JHA, and HIRARC documentation.
• Prepare reports and track plant EHS performance data.
• Update critical safety process flows and asset master lists.
