Zusammenfassung

TE Connectivity in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking an experienced EHS professional to ensure and monitor safety in the workplace. You will implement health, safety and hazardous material standards in line with local regulations and company policies.

You will lead annual training plans, update procedures, manage audits, and coordinate permits to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Strong English and Mandarin skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• At least 5 years EH&S experience in manufacturing, safety-focused.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia EHS laws, DOSH, DOE.
• Ability to conduct audits and inspections autonomously.
• Proficient reading/writing in English and Mandarin.
• Data analysis and Excel-based metrics tracking.

Aufgaben

• Initiate annual EHS training and audit plans.
• Review and update EHS procedures per audits and laws.
• Coordinate safety permits and regulatory registrations.
• Lead JSA, LOTO, PPE management, and incident analysis.
• Perform internal EHS audits and prepare materials for audits.
• Prepare monthly EHS performance reports and training sessions.
